Fennel Pizza

Ingredients:

Pizza dough

  • 1 tablespoon of mild cream cheese (labneh)

  • 1 tablespoon of cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Half a teaspoon of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds

  • blackpepper


Pizza Top:

  • 75 gr margarine

  • 4 glasses of flour

  • 2 cups of warm milk

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast

  • 200 gr fennel

  • 2 green peppers

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 100 gr cheddar cheese

  • 2 eggs

 

Preparation:

  1. Mix 1 tablespoon of mild cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of cream and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and spread on the pizza dough. Sprinkle half a teaspoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds and black pepper and bake.

  2. For the dough, open the middle of the flour and add melted margarine, yeast, milk and salt to get a soft dough. Let it rest for 45 minutes.

  3. Boil the fennel in water. Put the boiled fennel, green pepper, tomato and egg in the rondo and mix.

  4. Break off pieces from the rested dough and roll it out long. Put the fennel mortar you prepared on it. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
