Fennel Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 packet of vanilla

• 1 egg

• 100 gr. butter

• 1 teacup of oil

• 1 packet of baking powder

• 2 teaspoons of cornstarch

• 1 cup of powdered sugar

• 1 teaspoon dried fennel

• Flour as much
  
  Toppings:

• powdered sugar

PREPARATION

1. Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix.

2. Then knead by adding a little flour with a spoon.

3. Shape the kneaded dough by rolling it or shape it with tiny molds.

4. Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 degrees.Take it out of the oven when it turns slightly brown.

5. After passing the initial temperature and getting a little warm, we sprinkle powdered sugar on it.
